You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive your item. You must notify us of withdrawal via info@reservedelpilleovn.dk before the deadline expires.
- Partial returns of an order are possible.
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
- You pay the return shipping yourself.
- We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels and do not collect from parcel shops - the item must be sent directly to our warehouse.
